In 1999, I found my life fraying. My parents were in the middle of a messy divorce, and I was on my own for the first time, preparing to attend university alone in France. Thirteen years later, I would go through my own difficult divorce.
Amid all these changes and endings, my mother was a steadfast and loving support. As I scoured France for a pearl necklace to show her my gratitude, I was overwhelmed by the high prices and disappointed that I could not afford this gift I most wanted for her.

Yes, you can return them to our office at 440 Wolfe Road, Sunnyvale, 94085, CA. For jewelry with a $100+ value, please send us an email (support@timelesspearl.com) and we will email you a prepaid shipping label with shipping insurance included.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If you have not received your tracking number, then there is a chance our fulfillment team can likely cancel or change the order. We ask that all cancellations be made within 1 hour; however, we cannot guarantee the cancellation will be made. We ask that you please ensure your order is correct prior to placing it.
