Each design is produced in a limited number and offered before public release, so once they sell out, they're gone. Timeless Pearl crafts these exclusive freshwater and Tahitian pearl pieces with the finest materials, giving you a rare design few others will own.

Because each piece is reserved or crafted specifically for you, these take longer to arrive than in-stock items. Timelines vary by design, so check the product details or contact the team before ordering if you need it by a certain date.

Some pieces are ready to ship, while many of our items are made-to-order or customized specially for each client. For ready-to-ship items, orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. For made-to-order or customized pieces, production timelines may vary from approximately 3 weeks to 2 months depending on the design complexity, workflow volume, and holiday seasons. If you would like to request a modification or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, once production has started, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible. Due to the customized nature of made-to-order pieces, these items are non-refundable. However, clients may request alterations or exchange the piece for another item of equal value, subject to approval and production status. We kindly encourage clients to review all order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
